Radiant Grace Productions
AWARENESS. READINESS. RECOVERY.

Through Journeys: Access, I work alongside an organization’s existing accessibility, communications, customer service, and production teams to understand whether accessibility programs are known by the public, understood by employees, and delivered effectively when people with disabilities need support. As a person living with invisible disabilities, limited mobility, and chronic illness, I bring a personal understanding of the questions, uncertainties, and barriers travelers may encounter when trying to access support. Journeys: Access helps identify what is working, where communication or service gaps may exist, and how accessible services can become easier to understand and use. When appropriate, a collaboration may conclude with a podcast episode, article, video, or other public resource highlighting what was learned and helping people understand the accessibility services available to them.
I know that offering an accessibility service and successfully receiving that service are not always the same thing.
That is why three questions guide every Journeys: Access project:
Do people know what help is available?
Do employees know how to provide it?
What happens when something goes wrong?
My purpose is not to replace an organization’s accessibility experts or production team. I offer the firsthand perspective of someone who travels with disabilities and use storytelling to help organizations understand how their programs are experienced by the people who depend on them.
My work honors the people, cultures, organizations, and communities connected to each story—because the goal is more than visibility. It is understanding.
