Events, Guest Q&A Sessions, and Replays

Radiant Grace Productions may offer free or paid events, including live guest Q&A sessions, recorded conversations, virtual presentations, and access to event replays.

Registration grants access only to the specific event or replay described at the time of purchase. Registration and replay access may not be shared, transferred, copied, recorded, downloaded, redistributed, or publicly displayed unless expressly permitted.

Attendees may be invited to submit questions during registration. Submitting a question does not guarantee that it will be selected, answered, or included in the final recording. Radiant Grace Productions may edit submitted questions for length, clarity, privacy, relevance, or respectful presentation.

Events may be recorded and later edited, published, sold, or made available as a replay. Audience members will not be asked to appear on camera or speak during the event unless otherwise stated. Any attendee participation that may be recorded will be disclosed before the event.

Event dates, times, guests, topics, formats, and availability may change when necessary. If Radiant Grace Productions cancels an event without providing a replacement date or comparable access, registered purchasers will receive the remedy stated in the applicable event listing or refund policy.

Access to a live event does not guarantee uninterrupted viewing. Radiant Grace Productions is not responsible for interruptions caused by an attendee’s internet connection, device, browser, or other technology outside our reasonable control.

Event Tickets, Refunds, and Replay Access

Requests to cancel a live-event ticket must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the event to qualify for a refund.

Tickets become non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled event. If a registered attendee is unable to attend the live session, the attendee will still receive access to the event replay and will not qualify for a refund.

Each live-event ticket includes access to the live event and its recorded replay. Replay access will remain available for 30 days after the replay is released. Replay availability may be delayed while the recording is edited and prepared for publication.

Replay-only purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided. Unless otherwise stated on the event page, replay-only access will remain available for 30 days after access is issued.

Tickets and replay access are intended solely for the registered purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, recorded, copied, downloaded, redistributed, or publicly displayed unless Radiant Grace Productions provides written permission.

If Radiant Grace Productions cancels an event and does not provide a rescheduled event or comparable replacement, purchasers will receive a refund of the applicable ticket price.

Attendees may be invited to submit questions before a guest Q&A session. Submission of a question does not guarantee that the question will be selected, asked, or answered.

Radiant Grace Productions may select, shorten, edit, paraphrase, or combine similar submitted questions for clarity, relevance, privacy, time, and respectful presentation.

Submitted questions may be read or referenced during the live event and may appear in the event recording, edited replay, podcast episode, written feature, promotional excerpt, or related content. Unless otherwise stated, the attendee’s name or identifying information will not be shared when the question is used.

Questions that are inappropriate, excessively personal, unrelated to the event topic, or inconsistent with the purpose and standards of the event may be omitted.

User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:
